Led archive project originally meant to be completed by all three Project Management Specialists. Handled Legal Keying for up to 200 pieces of media to archive documents into a records management system. Performed QC functions to ensure confidentiality between various civil lawsuits.Researched processes, then wrote informational guides for new Project Management Specialists on internal business practices associated with the Business Process Management (BPM) system. Handled research project to identify and resolve duplicate archiving requests for record accuracy and efficiencies, and associate them to improve records and efficiencies. Set up Case Map and Case NoteBooks for case teams of internal clients, attorneys, paralegals, and Project Assistants. Suggested and incorporated guides that streamlined the processes. Researched issues, and provided support and training for both internal and external clients.
