Developed data capture methods for obtaining XENIX based NOx (nitrogen oxide) and CO (carbon monoxide) probe readings from pyrolysis furnaces and boilers using Lotus 123 macros. Designed, developed and maintained Paradox databases for reporting plant emissions to EPA, TNRCC and TWC in support of the Quantum Chemical Environmental Department. Assisted in developing a more accurate equation for determining the actual production of NOx (nitrogen oxide) in Quantum Chemical's pyrolysis furnaces-this method was later approved by the EPA and is now an industry standard. Designed, developed and maintained automated environmental reporting forms used to submit reportable plant emissions to the EPA, TNRCC and TWC.
