I started working in this organization since 2019 as MIS Technical Support. My rules are to maintain the computers and peripherals to maximize their usage through our preventive maintenance, to make the internet stable for uninterrupted customer internet connection, to set up and present during the event as a technical guide and presenter, to maintain the clearance system, to help the organization obtain much faster and more efficient computers, and more.

I worked as a Robotics Assistant for 1 year, doing inventory of Robotics Equipment like Arduino, Robo Robo, VEX Robotics kits as well as the computers and peripherals of the 3 Robotics laboratories of the school. I also serve as the teacher's assistant during classes to make sure that all the devices are properly used by the students. To make sure that everything is in place, I do individual inventories of the kits after and before the class. I also keep all the computers working through our preventive maintenance twice a year and our checking once a month to maximize their usage.

I was a Student Assistant in the different departments of the school from 1994 to 2017. The departments and my work load for each department are as follows:South Mansfield College CAPS & STUDENT AFFAIRS Department- I conducted testing and checking the papers of applicants._ I do the routing of documents for signatures.Southville ASSET MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT and PRINTING- I was assigned to do an inventory of the assets of our school, like school supplies, housekeeping supplies, and engineering supplies. The inventory of assets must be done at the end of every month, and I will finalize the report at the beginning of the next month. I also do the printing and encoding of the Print Form. The print form indicates how many colored or black-and-white copies were printed every day.- I do receiving of supplies from the suppliers.- I do the routing of documents for signatures.SMC Registration/Finance/Accounting/Materials Management/Stuff shop Departments- Filing of all documents- Assist customers when they're buying books and uniforms, and the employees when they are requesting for office materials or cleaning materials.- Do inventory of the assets, especially the uniforms and books.- Assist and guide new applicants/studentsSouthville LIBRARY Department- I do an inventory of books every year, help in the cataloging of the books on their respective shelves, help the students when they borrow and return books, and do books 5S.- I also do decorations for the improvement of the library's ambience.- Assist computer users in the common computer area.
