I am a self driven individual who will drive my team hard to achieve goals whilst providing guidance and support to achieve overall company goals. I am a firm believer in Honesty and expect my team to perform in the same way. I have high expectations and am very disappointed in failure but have the resilience to bounce back and achieve new levels of excellence.
