AS the same as I did in 2013 I worked as part of the waterfront team, working at a special needs camp you really grow as an individual and build on your own character. and build on as well as learn knew skills you did not think you was able to do.

work on my own or in apart of a team going into school to run a after school club in sports. Making the session fun and enjoyable where the kids can learn from, making sure to meet the participants , schools and parents standard.

All Lifeguard duties that are required of a qualified Lifeguard in the facility, acting professional on poolside, all daily cleaning duties, health and safety with yourself and everyone in and using the centres facilities.

I worked as part of the waterfront team, and a run through of a day at camp, I lived in with the Kids so would get up at 7:30 and help make sure the kids were ready for breakfast at 8:10. In the morning camp would have 3 session before lunch at 12:40 and 3 session after Lunch then have a shower hour before dinner at 6:10. After dinner at 7pm waterfront staff with other members of staff would get into pre picked positions for horse shoe that lasts 30 minutes. Horse shoe is free time for the kids at camp to do what they want hang out with friends etc, it is the only time at camp where the sessions at not planned. After horse shoe waterfront would go down to evening activity at about 7:30pm which was a pool party for waterfront to guard the different bunks/units to enjoy splash night. After splash depending on the age group at splash waterfront staff would then go back to their bunks and spend time with there kids at 8:30 before bedtime.
