I am an experienced, driven and dynamic engineering manager with proven ability to deliver results with small and large teams in varied environments.I’m an RAF veteran and have completed over 24 years service and have worked in many varied Aircraft Engineering environments both at home in the UK and deployed overseas.I have provided assurance and aided the maintenance of safety standards across the military air environment in my role as a Quality System Coordinator; whilst being responsible for the quality system I managed the risk and collated error reports for the area helping to drive standards. Willing to travel for work if required but also enjoy achieving in an energised and inclusive workplace. Experienced in a blended working environment, managing my own time and work location whilst still delivering output.I am a qualified and licensed Level 2 Rugby League coach and I've been the head coach of the RAF Rugby League Association for the last seven years; where I have been responsible for the strategic vision and delivery of player and team development. I was assistant coach at Oxford Rugby League in the third tier of the professional game for both the 2016 and 17 seasons.
