    A newly created role that straddled both the WB Interactive Entertainment Group and the WB Digital Distribution group, and based in Burbank, CA. Responsible for the strategy, implementation and development of the Digital Distribution side of the WB Games business - with specific focus on PC Distribution, Premium Downloadable Content and the Direct to Console markets. With oversight for WW revenue and opportunities, the role expanded to include the identifying, evaluating and building a business case for a number of emerging platforms and their differing business models. Over the years WB’s digital business saw massive expansion of their digital footprint, along with the resulting increase in revenue, as well as seeing their content being used with several groundbreaking technologies. WB were one of the first movers into the cloud based streaming business and made some strategic investments in this sector at that time. Digital distribution and downloading of content is now a ubiquitous part of the industry, and so much of my time was spent on looking at how WB can take advantage of the increasing number of emerging platforms and routes to market that are becoming more commonplace. We are at a convergent time in the entertainment industry and my focus is on how people will be accessing their content in the coming years and preparing the groundwork for those transitions.

    TT Games was spun out of the work that had been started from within the LEGO Group, and set up as a separate company with the rights to created games content based on the LEGO brands. TT established themselves as the leading developer and publisher of video game content for young gamers and their families. They created, developed and released the LEGO series of games including the LEGO Star Wars series, LEGO Indiana Jones, LEGO Harry Potter, LEGO Batman series, LEGO The Avengers to name a few. LEGO Branded games have sold in excess of 140 million units worldwide. The LEGO games are developed and released for all conventional gaming platforms including mobile. My role at TT was to create positive revenue streams from non conventional distribution methods. These included further identifying and setting up digital distribution deals as well as evaluating and recommending emerging technologies where the content could find a home ( connected TV, cloud based streaming etc)

There were several promotions created where Ubisoft video game discs were included on several brands of breakfast cereal. These promotions ran across Europe and saw the content featured on the front of over 25 million cereal boxes.
