Work Summary:I have worked in both public and financial sectors covering various IT and Project Management environments. Having qualifications in Computing Technical Support, PRINCE2, and Microsoft Azure, I have gained a varied skillset. I have managed various IT projects from inception to completion including, OS migrations, office moves and company mergers. Coming from a Desktop Engineer background I have experience with various Microsoft applications and infrastructures such as SCCM/MECM and Active Directory. Also gaining experience deploying and supporting virtual infrastructures including Oracle Sunray, Igel UMS, VMware and vSphere. During all of my roles, I have gained good experience with server and network environments which provides a solid foundation to any IT role. Person Summary:I am a hands-on and productive individual with various skills in IT and Project Management who looks at challenges as an opportunity to learn. I am hard-working and use a lead by example method, thriving on teamwork but can also work easily on my own initiative. This was a varied project role, for a high paced major financial services client covering various teams and sites. -

This covered 37 sites, 7500 PC's and management of 11 staff. I was responsible for the full project scope including reporting, RAID, BOM, mitigation, structure, assets and delivery. This was a varied and complex role utilising my PRINCE2 skills, working at all levels both technical and management. Heavily focusing on customer service whilst assessing requirements and ensuring minimal impact to the organisation. Working within various technical teams and utilising skillset appropriately. The project was completed successfully and within scope. -

The role also evolved into training staff and developing/enhancing the training structure, which contributed to gaining an official Service Desk accreditation.
