As the Senior Manager Control Service Centre I am responsible for: - Leading the Control CSD servicing teams to deliver exceptional service and increase customer advocacy, whilst maintaining a focus on operational risk, quality, continuous improvement, efficiency and productivity- Driving customer advocacy in key moment of truth transactions with our customers, and managing the team to deliver seamlessly on the customer and technical service requirements.- Developing the Operational relationship with key third parties in order to meet and exceed service level targets and improve the end to end customer experience- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders such as Product, Distribution, Core Relationships, Technology, Risk and Group Assurance, to help ensure all are aligned in driving operational excellence- Contributing to the definition and management of change impacting the service centre, including projects, year-end, and more incremental continuous improvement- Driving strong employee engagement and facilitating the personal and professional development of direct reports and their teams through talent and succession planning, and empowering team members to manage their career developmentAt all times, this position must demonstrate the behaviours in accordance with our corporate values, People Leadership.
