Travelled extensively promoting at world trade shows, liaising with European distributors and factories in Switzerland, Spain, USA, Canada & 🇦🇺 Australia. In the late 80's I started as an area sales representative & went on to create my own successful gas barbecue distribution company. As the managing director I gained the largest factory order for direct delivery from Perth W A in containers to B&Q. I learnt many new skills and did all my own plumbing & underfloor heating, kitchen & bathrooms installs, insulation & dryling, labouring. I project managed the trades, buying & scheduling of materials, scaffolding etc. I particularly enjoyed doing the groundworks with the JCB.🚗 I have always enjoyed getting my hands dirty! and as such have been a life long mechanical enthusiast on my various vintage and classic cars.For relaxation my wife and I enjoy motorhoming in the UK & Europe.
