I have worked both in retail/ trade business and out of retail. I first started out as a shop filler when I was still in school. Then from there I was offered the chance to step up to be a supervisor over two stores which I was great full for the opportunity and picked up new skills, which took me onto my next venture.Then I had the great opportunity of opening up my own store which I had for a good number of years. I also employed 3 members of staff. learning along the way of different business aspects, book keeping, ordering stock, daily banking etc.Unfortunately due to a family iillness I had to sell my business..Then I took some time away from retail and started as a production operator Still adding to my skills along the way. Then I started to think about going back into retail/trades again. I'm currently a store supervisor .looking forward to the next steps to better my career.
