I am a highly experienced Finance Executive with more than 25 years of varied experience in Building Services, Construction and Food manufacturing industries.My experience covers expertise in setting Budgets/Forecasts, reporting and analysis of actual results against targets and remedial actions for business improvement to deliver targets.Business review experience extends to presentations to Board meetings and Investor/Stakeholders.As well as the focus on profit targets, recent roles have involved a strong emphasis on the scrutiny and improvement of the Working Capital position.I have always sought a thorough understanding of the ERP system (Pronto in recent roles) to ensure each company fully utilises the system. On several occasions I have been involved in project teams to implement a new ERP system or upgrade an existing one.Previous roles have always involved significant management of other qualified Financial staff and Admin staff in support roles such as Accounts Payable and Receivable.My qualifications are a Bachelor of Business in Accounting and CPA accreditation.
