Solely in charge of all the Commercial Reporting/Analysing Data/SAP Administration/ for 2 Automotive Production Plants.> Project monitoring for Bentley, Jaguar, Nissan & Vauxhall/Opel > Solely in charge of the Commercial Administration for 2 Production plants.> Report compilation from SAP to Excel and data analysis on thousands of parts> Building of new excel reports, cross referencing, and reporting.> Working closely with the associated project Cost Engineers > Creating LTSD lists for legality of origin of products to customers.> Maintaining of certification on Marques portals. > Creating and monitoring internal and customer ECRs (Engineer Change Requests) > Creating and monitoring RFQs (Request for Quotations) that ECRs generate > Creating RFIs to place the accounts dept on notice for invoice processing. > Processing ALL manufactured components through the SAP system so when the customer places their schedules through the EDI system the MP&L team and production teams have no "Fall Overs" of the requested JIT parts. (48 hrs notice) > Making sure piece price negotiations are processed correctly into SAP. > Processing customer Ad Hoc orders and liaising with all depts (stock, production, paint, logistics) to successfully facilitate the requests. > Using an updated BOM (Bill of Materials) to process customer component number upgrades and design/colour changes. > Processing customers POs and checking piece prices. > More duties & responsibilities involving SAP accounts creation.
