Project and technical management for the establishment of a sister company (cut-flower and vegetable production farm) in the central highlands of Viet Nam (Don Duong Village, Lam Dong Province), including recruitment of local staff, setting up an office, sourcing agricultural equipment and chemicals (where not available importing these from various countries), staff training, and localizing production techniques.

Established Blueberry Propagation & Nursery IPM Program (Japan): including installation of growth room facilities with fully automated environmental control. Commercialization of New Blueberry Production System (Japan): Developed & commercialized an original computer controlled blueberry fertigation unit, licensed and patented new blueberry cultivars for Japan (negotiated exclusive plant propagation and sales contracts with blueberry breeders in the USA and New Zealand), developed a proprietary blueberry fertilizer. Blueberry Extension (Japan): Field days, lectures, production extension, and problem shooting for blueberry growers throughout Japan.Cultivation & Export Trial (Philippines): Technical advice and coordination of cultivation, post harvest processing and export trial of asparagus, Perilla (Japanese edible herb) and Eustoma in Mindanao, The Philippines.Cultivation Extension (Colombia, Philippines, Cambodia, and Malaysia): On site inspections, training, enhancement of sustainable farming practices, and cool supply chain logistics advice and extension for vegetable, carnation, orchid, and chrysanthemum cut-flower growers.Food Safety & Quality Assurance Programs (various countries): Instigated cool supply chain and quality assurance monitoring programs (including chemical residues) for fresh cut-flower, vegetable and fish suppliers from numerous countries throughout the world.Export Certification for Aquaculture Producer (Japan): Successfully obtained import certification from the FDA in the USA for a Japanese aquaculture exporter, by instigating appropriate HACCP, chemical residue monitoring, and documentation procedures at their Kyushu production farm.Greenhouse Paprika Production Extension (South Korea): On site consultancy for greenhouse paprika growers in South Korea, and installation of climate controlled growth room for seedling propagation.
