The Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO) is an intergovernmental organization. Its Secretariat works under a SEAMEO Council of 11 Education Ministers of Southeast Asia in overseeing 26 Regional Centres and Network located in various countries of the region.Responsibilities include serving as focal person for activities pertaining to teaching and learning innovations, including AI and education, 21st century education, and Education for Sustainable Development (ESD). Examples: - Various activities with University of Tsukuba (UT). A symposium held in Tokyo gathered prominent speakers and over 19k participants. It had multiple firsts for SEAMEO, including the first event to be live-interpreted into five Southeast Asian languages, enhancing inclusion. The annual teacher e-training with UT has recurring topics that included International Baccalaureate and mathematical thinking. Its most recent iteration broke record with approx. 7,600 registrants.Another responsibility is serving as focal person for programs on inclusion and multiculturalism. Examples:- A Disability-inclusive Teaching in Emergencies online course available in eight languages.- A pre-service student-teachers exchange program within and beyond Southeast Asia, named SEA-Teacher. The latest batch hosted a record total of 548 students.Also responsible for various aspects of SEAMEO's annual meetings. Examples:- The first successful revenue-generating exhibition program. The exhibits were visited by H.E. The Minister of Education of Thailand as well as High Officials from other Education Ministries in Southeast Asia.- The first networking session to have major tech organizations, including two of the FAANG, along with a wide selection for SEAMEO Centres and Network to explore potential collaborations with, including organizations that focus on school leadership, assistive tech, and philanthropy, among others.

PPPI is a think tank under the umbrella of Paramadina University (http://policy.paramadina.ac.id/).Began as a full-time researcher in 2013-14, has been supporting PPPI at intervals since.Activities include:- Conducting various multidisciplinary research projects, including as Vice Project Director for a project with the American Chamber of Commerce on improving Indonesia’s investment environment. - Organizing policy discussions with government, business, civil society, and/or international organizations, such as Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the World Bank. Most recently, assisted in preparing a discussion on Privacy Management on Social Media, in partnership with Min. of Communication and Informatics (Kemkominfo), The Conversation, and Facebook.

- Supports all activities pertaining to research, including but not limited to designing research approach for multiple projects, writing and editing reports, as well as developing proposals.- Supports the development of ACER Indonesia's research agenda and publication system.- Assists in the implementation of sharing sessions and workshops.

Collaborated with team to grow Kelasmu, an intra-curricular and personalized blended learning solution, also to conduct consultative selling that secured 200+ partners in six months.https://www.sekolah.mu/

Experimented with various ideas for a startup before setting up Namuda near the end of 2017. Namuda itself was an online media consultancy for the education and public policy sectors. We aimed to build a platform to upskill Indonesia's human resources. Part of Nusantara Technology.

Consultant for Analytical and Capacity Development Partnership (ACDP), a body formed by the Government of Indonesia, the Government of Australia through Australia Aid, the European Union, and ADB to facilitate education policy dialogue and institutional reforms.Responsibilities included:- Developing content and user-access schemes (UI/UX) for ACDP’s online repository of education policy research (https://goo.gl/eAzirv),- Designing learning materials and conducting training sessions for Ministry of Education and Culture employees on how to use the newly developed platform.

The attaché is the education section of the Indonesian Embassy in Washington, D.C.Worked remotely from New York City most of the time, with occasional travel to Washington, D.C. Responsibilities included:- Developing resources and closely assisting Indonesian education and cultural programs in the U.S., including “Performing Indonesia”, a joint cultural event with the Smithsonian’s Freer and Sackler Gallery.- Managing the attaché’s website and social media.

- Taught International Economics as an assistant to Wijayanto Samirin, current Economic Advisor to the Indonesian Vice President.- Taught English to over 150 non-English speaking students in over two semesters and awarded Best Lecturer in 2014.
