Served as a centralized action officer for user activities associated with the development of the Army Integrated Air and Missile Defense (AIAMD) system, the Air Defense Branch number one priority. Advised on the technical capability development of the AIAMD system, and ACAT 1D acquisition program valued at over $9B. Primarily responsible for integrating and synchronizing of material solutions to meet user requirements with the Material Developer. Planed, coordinated and implemented activities between HQ's Department of the Army elements, Army Service Component Commands, Program Executive Office Missile and Space, Integrated Air and Missile Defense Project Office, Lower Tier Project Office, Army Test and Evaluation Command and prime contractors. Assisted in overseeing DOTMLPF solutions for AIAMD with other capability and training developers. Managed and de-conflicted JCIDS documentation and provides acquisition expertise in support of all major milestone, design, program and testing reviews
