after the closure of the march site, i transferd to holbeach taking up the resposibility of all production areas in potatoes. this includes working along side the operations manager, writing capex's, head reduction and installation of end of line automation.

currently responsible for the day to day running of all aspects of production in a fast paced potato business including, despatch, intake, yard and grading, prepack and waste water treatment plant.

responsibilities including weighbridge,qc intake and the organising of staff for 4 high capacity size grading/washing lines. Providing graded potatoes to multiple internal and external customers
