Ensuring we are operating to the highest standards, delivering a best in class customer journey and ensuring colleagues are all made to feel a part of the savers family. My duties include the following;- Engaging store teams to deliver against set sales budgets- Regular structured visits to ensure compliance and operational excellence- Review trading opportunities on existing sites- Inspire and motivate colleagues to deliver against set targets and KPIs- Taking remedial action to address underperforming sites- Recruiting, coaching, challenging and supporting colleagues in line with best practice, company policy and procedures- Oversee each location and monitor and report on performance- Identify and develop all relevant business opportunities- Manage audit results and liaise with business functions to ensure operational excellence- Conduct/ investigate ER issues in line with company policy

Fife/ Stirlingshire/ Perthshire

Managing 21 retail sites with a total turnover of £22 million per annum incorporating 5 post office locals. Responsible for regular visits to sites ensuring high levels of store standards, customer service, security and colleague performance.Key responsibilities:- Coaching colleagues to drive the customer experience- Bringing out the best in store colleagues- Visit and develop existing sites- Inspire and motivate colleagues to deliver against set targets and KPIs- Taking remedial action to address underperforming sites- Recruiting, coaching, challenging and supporting colleagues in line with best practice, company policy and procedures- Oversee each location and monitor and report on performance- Identify and develop all relevant business opportunities- Controlling HR and H&S compliance in stores and ensuring branches are compliant- Responsible for in excess of 150 colleagues with 21 direct reports- Conduct/ investigate ER issues in line with company policy
