Solution was based on Java EE technologies. Responsibilities included the complete design and development lifecycle in a timeframe that met the requirements of a government mandate. Utilizing previously developed reusable modules, consisting of frameworks such as Spring security (acegi), AJAX JSF, Spring webflow and Hibernate, time to market was minimized. In addition, reusable modules were matured for more efficient future use.
