My background is an Executive Operations Director and Ombudsman leading a large, complex, end-to-end, public facing and demand led operation. For a number of years, I have led a diverse workforce of over 2,000 people to deliver fair and reasonable outcomes to the victims of mis-selling and financial fraud and consumers in financial difficulties.I am a confident and persuasive communicator, with experience of working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders from Non-Executive Board, Executive and Senior level at Regulators, Trade Bodies, Consultancies and Government departments, through to actively engaging with front-line staff.I have a passion for fairness, doing the right thing and levelling the playing field. I am a champion for diversity and inclusion and an active supporter of staff networks and charities. I have a track record of increasing staff engagement while improving output. I'm now looking to use my skills and experience on a new challenge - to improve operational processes, customer satisfaction and staff engagement while delivering fair outcomes.
