I learnt a great deal about the challenges deploying and maintaining solutions in a large company that is in many countries. Different languages, keyboards, time zones. It is very thought provoking. As the Microsoft Office Specialist I was responsible for all the customizations in the Office desktop for the last two upgrades for Gowling WLG. Last one was 2010 to 2016 and previous to that 2003 to 2010. Regkeys, templates, corporate themes and corporate colours to apply to Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Marketing come up with wonderful designs and they need to be carefully crafted into templates, corporate theme and colours that are practical in every day use. When a firm changes their corporate colours fonts and designs it needs to be easy to transform legacy documents and PowerPoint slides to the new designs with a few clicks.Love creating excel solutions and dashboards using SQL and VBA. Love creating custom ribbons and buttons in Office products to do specific things to speed up time for users.Excellent MCT as you will see through my students participating in the UK Championship finals.
