Provide Business Intelligence consulting services to clients of Wave Business which included:NSW Department of Community Services (2002-2004): Helped build their data warehouse , with a focus on SIEBEL source system analysis.Victoria Police (May 2002): Implementation for CJEP of their Crystal Enterprise web based database reporting system.MIA - Medical Imaging Australia (June 2003) : MIA Group is one of Australia's leading health companies, specializing in diagnostic imaging. On behalf of Business Objects, Wave consulted to the MIA Accounting Department to develop a suite of HR and financial reports from their SQL Server database. A general ledger report was a key deliverable.

Garry spent 6 months in East London working on the largest account for Crystal Decisions (later to become Business Objects) at Her Majesty's Customs and Excise with over 3,000 Crystal / Seagate Info users. This was largely a technology transfer exercise which involved running training in Crystal Reports and assisting in their migration to web based reporting using Crystal Enterprise.
