Chief Product OfficerTully Mar 2018 - Nov 20211 of 4 founding members of the Tully business, accountable for the ideation, development and delivery of the world’s first Conversational AI enabled, Open Banking driven, B2C debt advice solution. • Utilised knowledge and experience of both creditor and consumer side financial difficulty processes, challenges and opportunities, accompanied by a comprehensive consumer focus group program and FCA/ creditor requirements to create a cutting edge self-serve debt advice product with sophisticated UX. • Led product, design and tech teams to create and prioritise development roadmap, refining features and balancing elegance of technical solution with speed of delivery. • Led FCA licensing process to approve the only new debt counselling license in its history and its first programmatic debt advice decision logic (12 month process).• Created an open banking powered flexible debt management plan that determines consumer affordability each month and only takes what a consumer can afford, which improved sustainability and reduced stress of hundreds of Tully members.• Defined and implemented all the operational processes and policies required to manage a heavily regulated operational debt advice agency.• Additionally responsible for the successful day to day delivery of Tully, leading an operations team of 15 and with a strong consumer focussed ethos to improve the lives of people with money worries. • Within 12 months of launch had grown Tully to be the 2nd largest provider of debt advice in the UK.
