Developed and delivered training/education curriculum for White and Yellow belts in Lean methodology and achieved over 150 certified employees.Acted as Project Lead for multiple organizational initiatives including a $100,000,000 project to install Digital Menu Boards in 3000+ restaurants across Canada. This was achieved on time and $5,000,000 under.

Project brief was to reduce order process time from 48 to 24 hours. This was achieved within 9 months through Lean/Sigma DMAIC methodology.

Operations manager for the largest Timber Frame manufacturer in Ireland employing over 150 operators. I was directly responsible for producing approx 10-15 house kits per day and delivering them to site. Responsible for all second fix materials to be ordered and delivered to site to coordinate with builders schedules. Production/Operations management.
