I’ve spent 10 years as a proud member of the Professional Golfers Association of America, and now I’ve moved inside to develop business strategies to help our organization succeed in an increasingly competitive environment. As with any small firm, I am tasked to perform a variety of functions, including finance and accounting functions, maintaining our e-commerce site, and developing winning marketing concepts for the organization. I also lead our organization's digital marketing initiatives. I thrive on finding efficiency in processes through both technology and intuitive thinking. In 2017, I received an MBA from the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School, graduating with concentrations in Marketing and Information Systems. I believe data analytics are a critical component of a successful targeted marketing program. While it is considered cliché, I point to Moneyball as the source of my passion for using data and statistics to gain a competitive edge, in sports and in business. From a technology perspective, I excel at using Microsoft Office products and have received exposure to a variety of business tools, including Microsoft Project, R, SPSS, Tableau, Sage Accpac, and an introductory knowledge of SQL. I have also received Google Analytics certification. Outside of the office, I continue to enjoy the game of golf frequently, but also take the time to enjoy a number of outdoor activities in the Baltimore region. I am an avid hiker and mountain biker, participate in beach volleyball and flag football, and recently managed our co-rec softball team to a city championship!
