I worked with senior management and constructed a scalable sourcing initiative where we targeted and approached the top hospitality leaders with a career plan directly addressing their existing well-known glass ceiling which occurs at the top level in their industry. Utilizing this practice, we were able to inject an entirely new leadership model for Archstone resulting in customer centric General Managers across their most high-end communities. Solely responsible for all open positions for western region. Archstone is a publicly traded, nationwide, high-end apartment owner and operator.• Identified passive candidates in advance to build a quality pipeline in waiting.• Managed college recruitment initiative for west region.• Established strategic relationships with hiring managers.• Recommended and managed behavioral recruitment initiative.
Led the design and development of a back-end, Saas application aggregator. This application allowed cities and counties to share applications from incoming first responders. Current applications time for incoming first responders is four hours per entity and there is no sharing between entities. This application will allows for applicants to apply once and auto aplly to each entity they are interested in.
