Reporting to the CEO of this leading provider of clinical trial management services with leadership responsibility for the company's global technology organization (located on 3 continents), including development and execution of BioClinica's first Technology Roadmap, overseeing technology, product development investments and global staffing required to maintain competitiveness, execution of an offshore strategy, building a resilient global infrastructure, and ensuring that operational efficiencies and value-creation are maximized. Recruited as BioClinica's first SVP/CTO in 2010. Promoted to EVP/CTO (Executive Officer position) in 2012.Member of the senior leadership team that took the company private in 2013, integrated two major acquisitions in less than two years, and grew top-line revenue 300% (largely based on industry-leading technology) while delivering significant cost savings, value-creation under P/E ownership (Company sold again in 2016 for ~14x EBITDA (approx. $1.4 Billion) to a european P/E firm). BioClinica supports global clinical trials for Pharma and CRO customers with world-class enabling technology and services solutions including: CTMS, EDC, IWR, and Supply Chain Optimization in addition to advanced Medical Image processing across multiple therapeutic areas. To date, the company has supported over 4000 clinical trials, involving 40,000 sites in 90 countries, resulting in 200 new drug approvals.

Reporting to the President & COO, led a global team of 900 technology professionals (located on 3 continents) engaged in software product engineering (R&D), quality assurance, customer software implementation, service delivery - managed hosting (data centers), help desks, hardware, training - and ongoing support of Dendrite's CRM software product suite for leading pharmaceutical customers. Built an Offshore Software Development Center in Bangalore, India from scratch (under a Build-Operate-Transfer arrangement), recruited 350 technology professionals in under 18 months and achieved CMM Level 4 process-maturity in the same timeframe. Also responsible for all internal business systems and infrastructure (CIO role). Promoted to SVP/CTO in 2003. Promoted to SVP/Global CTO in 2006.Member of company's Operating Management Committee (the senior leadership team). Served as President, Dendrite International Services Company and Director, Dendrite India Software Private Limited. Member of the senior leadership team that sold Dendrite to a competitor for a significant premium to the market in 2007 - industry-leading technology and low-cost India offshore operation contributed to strong offer price.

Led Dendrite's Technical Center of Excellence (comprising 300+ technology professionals) engaged in the configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of Dendrite's Sales Force Automation, Samples Compliance (PDMA), Organization Alignment, and Analytics solutions for leading pharmaceutical customers throughout North America. Promoted to CTO role in November, 2003.

Led all aspects of IT function for this outsource provider of sales and marketing solutions to the pharmaceutical industry. Responsible for development and delivery of all customer systems (field force logistics and meeting planning) as well as all internal business systems and infrastructure networks.
