CurrentResponsible for managing a team of Implementation Specialists for the implementation of the ACES Quality Management System. Oversee and support multiple implementations projects. Review external clients product demands, develop project plans and ensure implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. Involved in pre-sales product demonstrations or provides assistance in scoping projects or developing proposals. Manage the implementations specialists, including the training, continued education, work productivity and effectiveness and evaluation of their performance. ● Oversee and support all Implementation projects● Leads and directs all implementation staff and manages team allocation by ensuring that each Implementation Specialist has a manageable workload in a Remote Team Management environment● Develop project plans and ensures implementations are completed on time and meets clients expectations● Executes on delivery of Implementation Plans● Creates and provides Implementation metrics detailing the entire implementation lifecycle while addressing process inefficiencies by collaborating with both Technology and Product● Applies expert knowledge of the implementation and software platform while providing strategic direction and solving complex problems to move the client forwardProactively lead the identification and design of implementation process improvements, both internal and external● May assist in Pre-Sales product demonstrations or provide sales assistance in scoping projects or developing proposals● Collaborate with the Product Team as a subject matter expert and propose software enhancements based on both client feedback and expert knowledge of product● Create and maintain Implementation Operational Policies and Procedures
