Garry Marshall has worked as an independent director, illustrator and animator since the early 1990s. Alongside extensive print and online work for clients including Microsoft, Nickelodeon and Rolling Stone, he directed commercials and short films (including Scottish Bafta nominated Rogue Farm). In early 2006 Garry established the animation studio Super Umami, designing, producing and directing longer form projects for television. The studio has recently completed production on a third series of the award winning KNTV show for Tern TV and Channel 4, directed by Garry; and a half hour animated sitcom for BBC Scotland, One Star, which Garry designed, co-produced and directed.
