Responsible for all aspects of managing this busy Country Carvery Pub Restaurant and living in to control the business covering the managers holidays. controlling stock takes, managing a team of 14 and delivering a great customer experience every time whether the locals or one off diners.

Promoted quickly to running the bars, my bar team was known and consistently approached by the competition. I created a team that served fast and always found time to entertain the customers. Responsible for stock control, cash management, customer service as well as marketing, promotions and entertainment.

Quality control was my first job leaving school, I moved to SKAR from my first job and began to impress with skills in influencing people even at just 18 years old. Managing the quality output by an injection moulding production team of 30+, I eventually took all responsibility from the Quality Manager.

As a Quality Controller at 16 years of age my job was to test insulation board coming off the production line and feedback and instruct the production line on changing and maintaining the quality standards to ISO9001. Whilst learning to influence a production team of 40+ I was also completing a BTEC one day a week.
