Worked closely with client end users to make their jobs simpler and quicker. - Supported HMRC’s Data Platform Services ambition to implement product-oriented ways of working and culture, including mentoring and upskilling HMRC colleagues.- Worked with a team from Equal Experts to develop and launch a new data matching tool for HMRC, utilising machine learning pipelines, Fellegi-Sunter probabilistic matching, and graph databases.- Launched a service to risk assess incoming declarations submitted by businesses importing goods into the UK, enabling the resulting data to be searched and exploited by HMRC and Border Force employees.

Taxi for Two was a mobile phone-based taxi sharing service, designed to help people find and share taxi journeys with others heading in the same direction. I co-founded Taxi for Two early in 2012.Taxi for Two received positive coverage in a range of media, including the London Metro and the Telegraph. However we decided to close the business in 2017 after being unable to achieve a critical mass of users.

I led the propositions team, responsible for SmartSpend and Identity lines of business.Achievements:- Scaled the SmartSpend rewards / loyalty proposition (part of Barclays Blue Rewards) from just three partners to over 140, including major global brands such as Expedia, Apple, M&S and more - Delivered SmartSpend transaction growth of 4x during 2015 - Successful bid to become an identity provider to the UK government (first UK bank to do so)

Rackspace Academy encompasses a variety of channels including classroom-based training, office hours, hangouts and more.Achievements:- launch of Rackspace Academy brand, training curriculum and market outreach programme- recruitment of team including marketing specialists and technical trainers- rollout of several training formats including classroom-based, larger format "Unlocked" conferences, and Google Hangouts/webinars.

Senior Product Manager for Rackspace open cloud products, based on OpenStack. Responsible for launch and ongoing product management across the Rackspace international footprint (UK, Europe, Middle East, Asia Pacific). Work closely with Rackspace product colleagues in the US, both remotely and at Rackspace HQ in Texas, to meet the requirements of international customers.

Led a team of Product Development Managers and Project Managers, responsible for delivering excellent customer propositions which drive revenue and enhance the O2 brand. This covered the full delivery process – strategy, proposition development, design, delivery, testing and take-to-market execution. Key objective was to differentiate O2's services and engage customers across the major smartphone platforms (iPhone, Android, Windows Phone and RIM) and mass market mobile phones.Apps developed/managed included My O2 (account management) and Priority (rewards).

Achievements and responsibilities included:- ongoing enhancements to O2 UK's mobile internet services, including Yahoo! search- development and management of O2's smartphones experience, including iPhone and Palm Pre- marketing and customer communications to drive mobile internet usage and revenues- successful launch of Bluebook, O2's unique back-up and user-generated content service, which won the World Communication Awards "Best New Service" in 2008.

Product Manager for several of O2 UK's business and consumer messaging services, including- consumer mobile email- imode "imail" and instant messaging- business SMS and MMS applicationsResponsible for driving sales of these products through the Marketing and Sales teams. Also for the development of new messaging products to address identified customer demand.

Managed a team of six people responsible for all pricing, trading and buying of UK interconnect-based services (including Internet dial and broadband, and Premium Rate / Non Geographic telephony services). Oversaw all pricing support requirements for the Service Providers sales teams on the demand side, and negotiations with BT, other licensed operators and Oftel (now Ofcom) on the supply side.
