Managed the end to end technical deliverable (design, build, test, implementation, data migration) and systems delivery (Finacle 10 plus approximately 20 upstream and downstream online and batch interfaces) of the core banking replacement program for ANZ Taiwan (3rd largest ANZ country behind Australia and New Zealand), and exit the RBS core system for the institutional and commercial banking business.Managed the release plan alongside release manager, and led a matrix team of 150 resources spanning across Melbourne, Singapore, Bangalore and Taipei to deliver the inaugural implementation of the APEA regional base model for Institutional into ANZ Taiwan.Co-managed release budget of regional ($40 mil AUD) and Taiwan ($13 mil AUD) component. Transitioned to leading a team of 30 resources for business implementation, in-country data migration stream and incident management for go-live phase in Taiwan.
