Brought in to support the company during a period of extreme turbulence which was resolved via detailed investigations, focused actions and successful high level discussions with a major automotive OEM resulting in the receipt of significant reimbursements from the OEM back to the company. Also introduced several tools, techiques and disciplines targeting key issue containment & resolution enabling a focus shift away from fire fighting and towards continual improvement.
