More than a decade ago I turned my passion into a profession. Since then I've been on a mission to create more usable and enjoyable digital products, sharing my love of empathic design with those I work with and lead along the way. With a background in the architectural field, I specialize in understanding the problem space; be it the built environment or the digital landscape. Over the last 6 years I have delivered digital projects in the financial, property, utility, health and not for profit sectors. I’ve worked directly with both established and startup clients to champion the voice of the end user and I’m a big believer that the best route for problem-solving lies in cross-discipline collaboration. More recently I’ve taken the role of design team lead. It’s a challenge I’ve tired to approach with kindness, empathy and inspiring through example.
