Information Technology Manager for The Zoe Group, responsible for all aspects of IT system LAN / WAN etc for multiple companies and multiple sites.My initial brief:• To assist in the preparation and implimentation of Zoe Developments Ltd (which later became Royceton, part of The Zoe Group) IT Department and infrastructure.• Configuration of HP servers, Network infrastructure, remote access servers.• Rolling out operating systems and software for eight departments comprising of over 150 workstations.• Management of all outsourced and service contractors.• Software and Peripheral installation and configuration.• AutoDesk AutoCAD installation, configuration and management from Release 10 through to release 2010.• MS Exchange 5.0, 5.5, 2003 administration.• General IT support.• Backup recovery and procedures & Disaster recovery management policies.• General network management. Sub-netting, DHCP, TCP/IP and structured cabling.• Planning and implementing technical elements of all IT projects.• Repair & maintenance of all workstations and servers.• Administering of Active Directory design & preparation based on the structure of the organisation.
