BN sold to Augeo and Valor Equity Partners in February of 2023.

As CTO, I focused on growth through new product development, engineering services, and technology partnerships. I built and led the product management, engineering, and IT functions of the business. I also grew and managed our largest office out of Rochester, NY that housed 75+ full-time employees who delivered engineering, product, creative, and content services to our customers. In May of 2013 we sold a minority interest to AEA Investors for $68M. To expand our social advertising and analytics capabilities we acquired and integrated San Francisco based Optimal in October of 2013 for $35M, and LA based SHIFT for $50M in May of 2015. Both of these transactions strengthened our position in the marketplace. Brand Networks was responsible for delivering social advertising and content for half of the fortune 100 and 17 of AdAge’s 25 Most Advertised Brands. Since its inception we grew the company to $45M+ in revenue and employed 250 full-time employees across 10 offices. I stepped down from my operation role in the company in March of 2017 to spend more time with my wife and three children.

As CIO of IMG (NL), we raised $500K in seed funding and secured a $1.5M Series A to create and grow internationaljobhunter.com, the first global online employment and relocation services solution for international job placement. In 2001, we acquired Overseas Jobs Express (UK) the largest international job publication in the world to convert their offline audience into the digital property. We sold the company in 2004.
