As a passionate lover of all things food-related, my career in the food industry has been wide and varied. I bring a strong work ethic and fervour to any role I commit myself to.My strengths lie in customer service, staff management, marketing, logistics/sales planning, project management, food education and most of all Storytelling.Over my 10 years working in the cheese industry I have been fortunate enough to gain experience in all levels of the supply chain. From making cheese, to exporting and marketing, to my many years promoting and selling cheese over the counter. I have keenly developed my skills in each discipline, going so far as to travel to the UK specifically to expand my skillset and experience in this niche field. My over-arching goal is to promote authentic artisan food both across Australia and Internationally.
