IT Sales Division Leader – I was required to lead, develop and coach a team of consultants to achieve individual and team recruitment and sales revenue targets. This role has the following key responsibilities: leadership and team training, businessdevelopment and financial management. I lead a team of two consultants and two business development executives. My team was relatively junior and inexperienced to the industry. A key role involved mentoring and team training where I managed to accelerate the time between on-boarding and individual profitability from six months to three months.
