I am the President of Palace Construction, a General Construction Contractor and Restoration Contractor based in Denver, Colorado serving the entire front range of Colorado with exceptional construction management, general contracting, and restoration, mitigation, and reconstruction services. I am a Colorado native who has balanced my love of the great outdoors with a passion for participating in great construction projects that enhance our built environment. After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from the University of Colorado, I spent several years working with specialty contractors on projects of all shapes and sizes, from sheds to airports and basement remodels to baseball stadiums. I joined Palace Construction in 2004 as a Project Engineer and, in 2019, was named President. Under my leadership, Palace continues to positively impact the built environment of Colorado’s front range by focusing on the markets and clients of like-minded vision, including affordable housing, K-12 education, historic renovation, senior living, and meaningful commercial projects. I find it most rewarding to work on projects that positively impact the livelihoods of those who live, work, learn, and play in them.

As Division Manager and part owner of the company, I am involved in managing our commercial department staff, work with the executive group to set our short and long term goals, develop business relationships, generate sales, oversee the construction of all commercial construction activity, and work with our clients and design professionals during preconstruction to ensure quality and timely project delivery.In addition, I manage construction projects within the greater Denver, Colorado area. I am heavily involved in estimating, conceptual budgeting, negotiated projects, hard bid projects, contract negotiations, site management, contracts management, procurement, scheduling, owner coordination, subcontractor supervision, Building Better Lives, and Doing the Right Thing.Palace Construction has been in Denver, Colorado for over 45 years, and performs new construction, renovation, 24 hour emergency services, design/build and design/assist services, and preconstruction services in the public and private areas, and has been involved in projects ranging from eight dollars to fifty million dollars.
