Territory Manager for a medical device company that provides home therapy to patients with various conditions.I cover the Northeast Region (NY, ME, MA, CT, NC) and assist the Regional Vice President, by opening new accounts, maintain accounts that have existing business, create strategic plans, achieve sales goals, and recruit/manage 1099 reps in the region.

Coached 17 & 18 year old hockey players at the top travel level (Tier 1) in NYS.Responsibilities:-Recruit players from around the country to create a full roster (20 players).-Develop players on/off the ice, to help get them to the next level (prep school, juniors, college).-Create practice plans, schedule games, and organize team events.-Manage coaching staff that consists of two assistant coaches and have constant communication with them.-Speak with other coaches and recruiters to promote players and move them on to the next level.-Speak with the organization leadership team on a weekly basis to provide updates and take care of necessary action items.-Main point of contact for the team; take all questions and concerns through the duration of the season.-Build strong relationships with junior and college coaches, rink managers, and organization presidents.-Handle all travel logistics (hotels, meals, etc.).-Provide weekly updates to the organization and parents.-Create a positive team culture and install core values for all team members.
