• Project Coordination Practice – Team of 40 Project Coordinators working in operational PMO’s, embedded with projects and staffing PC Service.• Project Services – Operational management of the PPM tool (MS Project Server 2010), maintaining and released all tools and templates supporting AMP’s Project Methodology. This function also delivered monthly project reporting to the Directors, collated IT@AMP MOS statistics and partnered with APO on process improvement and project data uplift across the portfolio• Project Workforce - Internal support team for the sourcing and placement of the project workforce of 340 (20% permanent & 80% contractors)

The role reported directly to the CEO and supported key customer service delivery relationships and was responsible for the IT function, Commercial Contracts team and national Corporate Shared Service Support.
