I have business experiences in different corporate structures and business categories, from sole ownership of a small trucking company (Jayway Distribution LTD) to executive positions at multinational corporations in Marketing and Human Resources (VP Brand Marketing for Hallmark Cards Canada & Sr. VP/General Manager at Lee Hecht Harrison USA). Additionally I've been a Board Member and Volunteer for international and US domestic schools (both private and public). I'm dual a Canadian/American citizen whose had the good fortune to live with my family (wife and 3 daughters) in the United States (Cincinnati & upstate NY), China (Guangzhou) and Switzerland (Geneva). I founded and currently run Personality Matters, a NFP consultancy dedicated to delivering engaging social/emotional learning workshops with practical tools for growing emotional intelligence. I love getting outdoors and enjoying skiing, scuba diving and recently became a paragliding pilot.

Guiding Vision:-we all have different personality types defined by preferred behaviours,-different types are neither right nor wrong,-we need to be accepting of our type and those of others (i.e. we can’t ‘fix’ others with different types), -in addition to appreciating our behavioral preferences, we must consciously flex into our non preferred behaviors (depending on the circumstance), to be more successful and happier,-the acceptance and then leveraging of the different personality types makes for happier and more productive relationships.
