Manage the daily operations of the Technical Service Department by supervising the Technical Service personnel as required on enquiries (verbal and written), from customers, applicators, sales force or others regarding proper use of or selection, application data and failure analysis of company products. Also responsible for the follow-up and timely completion of Technical Services duties which include goals, departmental and personnel, special or inter-departmental project involvement, or other assignments as necessary for the benefit of the Technical Service Department and Company.Also to provide higher level technical and consultancy advice to internal and external customers, to support the Sales Workgroup by delivering product and system training to the Sales Force and to act as the principal contact to the various external agencies.
