As the business analyst for Medifab, Garth works with key stakeholders and the senior management team to drive efficiencies and desired financial outcomes through businesses process analysis and improvement. Responsible for:- Developing 'as-is' and 'to-be' process models and providing gap analysis and strategic recommendations.- Documenting and analysing stakeholder requirements.- Communication of project updates to key stakeholders and management.

Garth finds working at Medifab Ltd very rewarding, knowing that his actions have a positive effect on the lives of disabled children and adults across the globe. Currently working with the warehouse teams in Auckland, Christchurch and Devonport on improving processes and results, he strives to excel in bringing results for his team and Medifab's valued clientele.

Garth was responsible for the timely production of premium dangerous goods storage units. Working with over 20 employees across 4 production lines has been a challenging yet rewarding task!

At Priority Supplies, the highest quality safe storage cabinets are built. Garth worked on and has been responsible for a number of machines including: Euromac Turret Punch, Safan 80 and 100 ton Press-Brake, Amada Guillotine, Mobile Spot-Welder, Standard Spot-Welder and Mig Welders.He has also been responsible for the timely production of cabinets and assisted in managing the Processing to Sheet-Metal Production process.

In his role in the Dispatch Department at Priority Supplies, Garth was involved in adding the finishing touches to the highest quality safe storage cabinets in the globe. Committed to a high standard, only the best products were let through. Also responsible for the loading of prime movers and shipping containers, he was often working to a strict deadline.
