Proficient at orchestrating a team to solve complex commercial and technical challenges and deliver into complex environments. Responsible for a direct team of 6 and indirect team of 50 consultants, engineers, project managers and software developers. We design, architect, build and deliver Work Force Optimisation and Robotic Process Automation solutions for customers in financial services, public sector and contact centres.
