I am a UK Council for Psychotherapy-registered relational integrative psychotherapist in private practice, and an Accredited Professional Registrant of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society. I work online and in-person, offering relational integrative psychotherapy to adults. Many of many clients come to me because they are struggling with burnout; the impact of past or recent traumas; the challenges of neurodivergence - especially ADHD and/or HSP, or ‘maladaptive’ or immersive daydreaming. https://www.gw-psychotherapy.co.uk.I am an Accredited Practitioner Coach member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC), and am currently working towards accreditation at Senior Practitioner Level. My coaching work is primarily focused on Life Coaching, ADHD Strategy Coaching, and Empowerment/Mindset Coaching. I am a Core Tutor at the Welsh Psychotherapy Institute (WPI), training psychotherapists on the Advanced PG Diploma in Psychotherapy (Integrative and Gestalt). I am Programme Lead for Year One of the Advanced PG Diplomas in Integrative and Gestalt Psychotherapy. I also sit on the Advisory Board to the Directors, and am Co-Chair of the Quality Assurance Committee.
