The current Sales pipeline is now USD 1.2M. To date this is the only such operation in any Caribbean Utility.

2009 - Present Director ­ Commercial Process Control ­ Loss Control Division, Jamaica Public Service Company LimitedTeam Leader for 150 managerial, technical and clerical members responsible for the Audit and Inspection of the 560,000 residential customers and related commercial processes. Recovered 36 GWh of energy annually valued at USD 10M. This team was part of a larger group that enabled the overall reduction of system losses by approximately 2% in 3 years for the very first time in the history of the company..Added to this portfolio since January 2012 is the Islandwide meter reading function where the team of over 100 meter readers will produce accurate and consistent monthly meter readings for all categories of consumer accounts and the prompt corection of observed anomalies.This team was part of a larger group that enabled the overall reduction of system losses by approximately 2% in 3 years for the very first time in the history of the company

Coordinated the delivery of Commercial, Technical and Customer services to approximately 170,000 residential, commercial and industrial customers located in major industrial commercial and residential zones of Kingston and St. Andrew and St. Catherine.Administered an Operational and Maintenance budget of over US$8 million dollars per annum with annual sales of US $200 million dollars and a workforce of 120 managerial, administrative/clerical and technical staffing

.Managed the operations capital budgeting and project implementation to ensure the safety and reliability of the entire Transmission Assets of the company.Administered annual budget of US$ 2.5 million dollars per annum with a multifunctional staff of 80 engineers and technicians

Coordinate the Planned and Emergency maintenance of the distribution infrastructure to ensure reliable and safe electric supply in a service area covering 50,000 customers and installed transformer capacity of 70MVA 2. Coordinate the design and construction and modification of Distribution Lines to facilitate the connection of new customers.
