QT Wellington is an iconic Wellington Hotel with a mix of 81 Hotel rooms and 98 Strata titled Apartments. Since my joining in September 2017 the hotel has opened Wellington's hottest Asian Eating House "Hot Sauce", completed rooms renovations creating "Gallery 4" (adding 18 more rooms) including 25 Art Themed Rooms, developed and introduced our new QT Brand framework and achieved the 2018 award for Best Hotel Brand at the TAANZ Awards. I joined the hotel as General Manager in the construction stages and managed the development of the hotel, through the opening and into the first years trading. The hotel posted positive GOP numbers in the 5th month of business and was awarded the "Best New Leisure Hotel" at the India Hospitality Awards in 2011.IC Wellington is a 232 room hotel in the heart of Wellington, the nation's capital. InterContinental Wellington regularly hosts guests of government, world leaders, sports team's and media personalities.
