As General Manager, I plan, direct, and coordinate medical and healthcare services at the Freeport-McMoRan's (FCX) Indonesian operations. I manage all services of the entire facility, including administration, information technology, procurement, finance, human resources, and business unit reporting. My time as acting Hospital General Manager of Mediclinic Heart Hospital was scheduled only to be for three months, it ended up being 12 months during which time I acted in capacity as if I was appointed full time. During this time I fulfilled the role as HGM and my main responsibility for this position was to provide strategic and operational leadership to include financial management, clinical outcomes, quality services, and business development while ensuring an efficient, effective, and safe service. At Life Healthcare, I directed and supervised the technical and client care staff and facilitated the proper functioning of the Hospital.
