This was 2 years into his BTech. (Computer Science) that he realized he had a passion for Marketing.Post completing BTech. GPS joined ITC Welcom Heritage Hotels (in 2018) as a marketing intern, and then a full-time employee. Been 2.5 years in hospitality and taking care of the marketing needs of the brand, as well as its 50+ hotels he has good connections in the industry. It was at ITC Welcom Heritage where he worked on digital marketing, PR, communication, time and task management skills.In 2020, GPS joined Youthance, which is a startup in the gig economy space. Being a startup they required a person who wore many hats. GPS proved to be the right choice by handling their lead generation, paid ads, social media, content writing, and SEO. GPS also played a role in Youthance's Operations team by taking care of their on-ground giggers and in Business Development, where he used to meet and on-board clients.In 2021, GPS joined Highlands, which is a software outsourcing company that develops civil engineering design software (niche: Water Resources Engineering Software). Being an engineer he quickly understood the product and took over the client’s social media and SEO. Having seen the improvements GPS was also given the opportunity to take care of the client’s online reputation management. Now, apart from the above responsibilities, GPS leads a team for performance marketing and email marketing. GPS delivers more than 500 B2B leads every month in this niche market; and has improved the client’s ROI by more than 50%, be it in terms of lead generation, social media followers or website visitors.
